: We are seeking a motivated Part-Time CDL-A Dedicated Backhaul Driver to join our team. This position offers early AM dispatches and local runs, with opportunities to work up to 27 hours weekly. As a Logistics Driver, you will: Operate a tractor-trailer (day cab), tandem trailer, and/or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes. Pick up and deliver local loads including food and non-food products back to PFG warehouse locations. Ensure timely pick-ups and accuracy in product loadings. Adhere strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Company safety policies. Perform load and paperwork inspections, including product counts and quality checks. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork associated with backhaul operations. Follow a predetermined route and delivery schedule, which may include occasional layovers. Regularly check in with your supervisor regarding route, load, and schedule. Secure all equipment and finalize paperwork at the end of your shift. Exhibit courteous and professional behavior at all times. Take on additional duties as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications: 2 - 4 years of experience with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Compliance with DOT medical requirements. Commercial driving experience, preferably within the foodservice distribution industry.
