Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area of responsibility. Perform other duties as assigned. As a Cashier, you will: Process customer purchases and maintain general cleanliness of work areas. Stock shelves and neatly arrange merchandise displays. Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Share feedback with management regarding products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general observations. Assist in inventory counts according to guidelines and maintain inventory accuracy. Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses. As a Stock Associate, you will: Properly stock shelves and rotate products to ensure the freshness of merchandise. Follow merchandising planograms to create eye-catching displays. Organize new inventory and efficiently handle packaging and empty boxes. Operate equipment safely while adhering to all safety procedures. Physical Demands: Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store. As a Stock Associate, be prepared to handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds and place products on shelving at various heights. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Dedicating to providing prompt and courteous customer service. Ability to perform general cleaning duties to maintain company standards. Interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively. Possess excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Manage time efficiently and have knowledge of the company's products and services. Additional Requirements: Cashier: Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately; comply with state and local regulations for handling and selling alcoholic beverages. Stock Associate: Ability to operate equipment safely and properly, including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler; must have morning availability for operational responsibilities, with shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior retail work experience is advantageous. Combination of education and experience may substitute for equivalent knowledge.
