Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $19.50 | Year 3 - $20.00 | Year 4 - $20.00 | Year 5 - $21.00 Key Responsibilities: Team Collaboration: Work together with team members and communicate essential information to your supervisor. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service while processing purchases, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure product rotation to keep offerings fresh. Operational Tasks: Comply with cash handling procedures and assist in store inventory counts. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store. Stockers must be able to lift products up to 45 pounds and stock shelves at various heights. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service. Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Prior retail experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Availability to work morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. (for Stocker role).
