Your knowledge and enthusiasm will help you train new team members and support daily store operations while meeting sales targets. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that brings customers back with your extensive product knowledge and vibrant customer service skills. Step up and provide leadership coverage on the sales floor to ensure smooth operations when the Manager is unavailable. Be responsible for opening and closing the store as needed, ensuring everything runs efficiently. Work the register with precision; process sales transactions and utilize your fandom knowledge to boost sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. You'll also manage closing out the register, addressing any discrepancies with the Store Manager. Gain a strong understanding of store sales plans, sales goals, and essential KPIs like Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Assist with merchandising changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and product mix. Communicate trends in fashion and music to management and HQ partners effectively. Collaborate with Store Management to minimize theft and safeguard store assets. Help maintain an organized stock room and ensure the store is tidy and presentable. Foster and nurture a passionate, collaborative team culture to support store operations and growth. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. If you're passionate about music and pop culture, this is the place for you! The capability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
