What You'll Do: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, showcasing your product expertise and customer service skills. Step in to provide leadership support on the sales floor when needed, ensuring seamless operations. Take charge with store openings and closings when required. Process sales transactions efficiently, leveraging your fandom knowledge to enhance add-on sales through various benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and track important store sales metrics and goals. Assist with planogram adjustments, merchandise organization, and store aesthetics. Communicate trends in fashion and music to management and corporate partners. Work alongside management to prevent theft and ensure store security. Help maintain a well-organized stockroom and tidy sales floor. Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment to run the store effectively. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need: Minimum of 1 year retail experience. If you're passionate about music and pop culture, this is the place for you! The ability to navigate the store, manage merchandise using store equipment, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $16.85 - $19.40 per hour.
