As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager Level 2, you will help create an exciting in-store experience for our customers while supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and developing your team. What You'll Do: Assist the Store Manager in reaching sales targets and enhancing sales performance. Contribute to recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate and collaborative team. Generate excitement and customer engagement by promoting new products and utilizing social media. Lead operational practices that prioritize excellent customer service and sound business operations. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules efficiently. Communicate effectively with retail leadership regarding customer feedback and sales trends. Analyze sales reports to strategize achieving sales targets. Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and promotional materials are launched on time. Work alongside the Store Manager to cultivate a loyal and high-performing team. What You'll Need: 1-2 years of experience in retail store management. Proven ability to lead teams and possess strong skills in communication, operations, and team development. Strong time management and professionalism, with a focus on team growth. A high school diploma or GED equivalent; a degree is a plus. The ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
