We’re looking for a dynamic Part-Time Assistant Store Manager who will help lead our vibrant team to success. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to meet sales goals, recruit and develop passionate team members, and connect with our customers in meaningful ways. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives and enhancing the overall performance of the store. Recruit, nurture, and retain a collaborative and enthusiastic team dedicated to excellent customer service. Actively promote new products and services, creating engaging experiences through social media and in-store promotions, including BOPIS and curbside pickup. Provide effective leadership to ensure operational efficiency, balancing management tasks with customer-first selling techniques. Monitor key operational metrics including shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and scheduling. Communicate effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners regarding customer insights and emerging trends. Utilize sales reports and data analysis to inform your strategies and achieve sales targets. Merchandise the store creatively while adhering to planograms and ensuring timely product promotions. Work alongside the Store Manager to develop a high-performing team that excels in customer engagement. QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of retail management experience. A proven track record of leading successful teams and a passion for music and pop culture. Strong skills in communication, team leadership, and a background in operations including payroll, scheduling, and merchandising. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. Adaptability to the fast-paced retail environment and the ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude. Physical requirements include navigating the store, merchandising, and handling merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Compensation for this position ranges from $13.50 to $15.55 per hour, based on various factors including education, location, qualifications, and experience.
