In this role, you will support our store leadership team in delivering exceptional customer service and helping fans discover their favorite merchandise. Your knowledge of fandom will be essential in training new team members and driving daily operations and sales goals. What You'll Do Create an engaging shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty by utilizing your product knowledge and customer service expertise. Help manage the sales floor and assist store leadership as required. Open and close the store, handling cash register operations and sales transactions with accuracy. Boost sales by making product recommendations and promoting store initiatives such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and support sales targets and key performance indicators, including UPT and ADT. Assist with the layout of the store and make merchandising updates as needed. Communicate current fashion and music trends to management and headquarters. Collaborate with management to ensure store security and prevent theft. Maintain organized stockrooms and a neat storefront environment. Support team development and promote a collaborative team culture. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, along with a passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products effectively, and lift up to 50 pounds.
