As a key player in our team, you will assist the Store Manager in driving sales, recruiting passionate individuals, and fostering a high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities Help the Store Manager meet sales and community engagement goals. Assist in attracting, training, and retaining a dedicated team. Generate excitement and engagement through product promotions and social media, along with services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Deliver operational excellence by balancing superb customer service with necessary tasks. Monitor shrinkage, loss prevention, payroll, and manage staff schedules effectively. Relay trends and customer feedback to retail leadership and HQ. Analyze sales data to shape and inform strategic decisions. Optimize store merchandising and ensure timely launches of promotions. Cultivate a team that is both high-performing and focused on customer satisfaction. Qualifications 1-2 years of retail management experience, particularly with a passion for music and pop culture. Demonstrated success in leadership, communication, recruitment, and operations. Strong abilities in communication, time management, and handling operational tasks professionally. High school diploma or GED; a degree is advantageous. Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
