Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that leaves customers eager to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step up to provide leadership support on the sales floor when needed, assisting the management team effectively. Take charge of opening and closing the store as required, ensuring all procedures are followed. Handle sales transactions at the register and drive add-on sales using your passion for our merchandise. Be familiar with store sales plans, comp sales goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to our success. Help implement planogram changes and maintain the exciting visual merchandising of our store. Communicate emerging trends in music and fashion to management and HQ partners. Work closely with management to prevent theft and maintain store security. Assist in keeping the stockroom organized and the sales floor tidy. Foster a collaborative, passionate team environment. Perform any additional duties as assigned by your Store Leader. What You’ll Need: Minimum of 1 year of retail store experience.
