In this role, you'll work alongside the store leadership team to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience, helping fans find their favorite merchandise. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an engaging shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty through excellent product knowledge and customer service. Support the sales floor and collaborate with the leadership team to meet store objectives. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, responsibly handling store keys. Manage the register, efficiently processing transactions, promoting add-on sales, and communicating any discrepancies to management. Understand and track sales goals and key performance indicators like Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Aid in merchandise presentation, including planogram updates and store layout changes. Share insights on fashion and music trends with management and headquarters partners. Collaborate with store management to prevent theft and maintain store security. Ensure a well-organized stockroom and tidy sales floor. Help cultivate a passionate and collaborative team environment. Take on additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year in retail experience; a passion for music and pop culture is an advantage! Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED. Capability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
