As a Part-Time Assistant Retail Manager at BoxLunch, you will play a crucial role in our success by supporting the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll engage with fellow fans to ensure they find the merchandise they love, leverage your fandom knowledge to train new team members, and assist the management in daily operations and achieving sales goals.

Step up as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance and support to your team when the Store Manager is occupied.
You'll be trusted with store opening and closing procedures as needed.
Process sales transactions at the register, utilize your fandom expertise to promote add-on sales, and manage register close-out, reporting any discrepancies to the Store Manager.
Familiarize yourself with the store's sales plan, comp sales goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT).
Assist in planogram adjustments, including store layout, wall displays, and merchandising mix.
Share valuable fashion trend insights with management and relevant headquarters partners.
Work alongside management to prevent theft and safeguard store inventory.
Help maintain an organized stockroom and ensure the store remains tidy for an enjoyable shopping experience.
Foster a collaborative and passionate team culture within your store.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail store experience. If you're enthusiastic about philanthropy and pop culture, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operations, with a motivation to develop your team.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to join our team.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
You should be able to navigate the store, effectively merchandise products using store equipment, and manage boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
Compensation: $18.40 - $21.15 per hour. Please note that while this position starts within the listed pay range, factors such as education, location, and relevant experience will influence the final salary for successful candidates.
