As a key member of our store leadership team, you’ll play a significant role in ensuring fellow fans can access the merchandise they adore. Your expertise will be vital in training new team members and supporting daily operations to meet our exciting sales goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that keeps customers coming back for more. Your product knowledge and customer service skills will impress everyone! Step up when needed and support your team by covering the sales floor when your Manager is unavailable. Hold the keys to the kingdom! You will be responsible for opening and closing the store as required. Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and leverage your fandom knowledge to enhance add-on sales through options like BOPIS and curbside pickup. You’ll also assist in registering closure procedures and communicate any discrepancies to your Store Manager. Understand the store's sales plan, target goals, and key performance indicators like UPT and ADT. Assist with visual merchandising, including planogram adjustments for store layout and product presentation. Communicate the latest fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners to keep our offerings fresh. Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure a secure store environment. Help maintain an organized stockroom and keep the store tidy for an enjoyable customer experience. Work towards developing a collaborative and enthusiastic team to manage the store effectively. Participate in additional activities as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail. If you’re passionate about music and pop culture, we want you! Exceptional skills in communication, time management, professionalism, operational tasks, and a commitment to team development. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. The ability to navigate the store, use store equipment for merchandising, and handle merchandise boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Compensation for this role ranges from $17 to $19.55 per hour. Please note that the starting pay reflects the range stated, while other factors such as education, location, qualifications, training, and experience may influence the final salary of new hires.
