WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver a fantastic shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, all while showcasing your knowledge of products and stellar customer service skills. Take charge when needed, providing leadership support on the sales floor when the Manager is unavailable. Open and close the store as necessary; you'll hold the keys to ensure everything runs smoothly. Process sales transactions at the register, utilizing your fandom expertise to encourage add-on sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Ensure accurate closing of the register and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager. Monitor store sales plans, understand comp sales goals, and keep track of key KPIs: UPT and ADT. Assist in planogram changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandise arrangements. Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners to keep our offerings fresh. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security. Help maintain a well-organized stock room and keep the store tidy for an inviting atmosphere. Foster a collaborative and enthusiastic team environment to support store operations. Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail; if you have a love for music and pop culture, you’ll fit right in! Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operations, with a passion to train and develop your team. A high school diploma or GED. The physical ability to navigate the store, use store equipment for product merchandising, and handle merchandise boxes that may weigh up to 50 pounds. Hourly pay ranges from $18.20 to $20.95.
