As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you will be integral to our success. You'll assist the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that fellow fans can find the merchandise they adore. Utilize your fandom knowledge to train new team members and support daily store operations while helping us achieve our sales goals.
YOUR ROLE Provide an unforgettable shopping experience that brings customers back, showcasing your product expertise and stellar customer service skills.
Take charge when needed by stepping onto the sales floor and offering leadership support in the absence of your manager.
Play a key role in store operations by opening and closing as required.
Handle register duties; process sales transactions while leveraging your fandom knowledge for additional sales opportunities, including BOPIS and curbside pickup. You’ll also manage register closeouts and report any discrepancies.
Understand and contribute to the store's sales plan, focusing on comp sales goals and key performance indicators, such as UPT and ADT.
Assist in implementing planogram changes, including store layouts and merchandising mixes.
Share your insights on fashion trends with management and headquarters partners.
Help prevent theft by collaborating with Store Management to maintain security protocols.
Contribute to the upkeep of the store by keeping the stock room organized and the sales floor tidy.
Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment to ensure smooth store operations.
Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by your Store Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. If you are enthusiastic about philanthropy and pop culture, we want you!
You possess remarkable skills in communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and team development.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Capable of navigating the store, utilizing retail equipment, and lifting boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation).
