In this role, you will play a vital part in our success by supporting the store leadership team, ensuring that fellow fans have access to the merchandise they adore. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through your product knowledge and customer service skills. Provide leadership on the sales floor, stepping in to support your Manager as needed. Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed. Process sales transactions efficiently, leveraging your fandom knowledge to drive additional sales through different shopping options. Understand and support the store's sales targets and key performance indicators. Assist with merchandising and store layout, keeping displays fresh and engaging. Communicate upcoming fashion and music trends to the management team. Work closely with Store Management to minimize theft and ensure a safe shopping environment. Help maintain an organized stock room and a tidy sales floor. Foster a collaborative and passionate team atmosphere while mentoring and developing new team members. Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader. Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. Strong skills in communication, time management, and operations. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to navigate the store and handle merchandise, with the capacity to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
