Assist the store leadership team by stepping onto the sales floor and supporting management duties as required. Manage opening and closing store procedures efficiently. Operate the register, process transactions, and drive add-on sales through initiatives like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and work towards sales goals and key performance metrics such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Help with planogram updates and achieve merchandising objectives. Communicate current fashion and music trends to management and headquarters partners. Collaborate with store management to implement theft prevention strategies and maintain store security. Ensure a well-organized stockroom and uphold store cleanliness standards. Contribute to fostering a passionate and collaborative team environment. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, ideally with a love for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and team development skills. High school diploma or GED required. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
