As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 1, youll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, helping fans find their favorite merchandise. Your fandom knowledge will assist in training new team members and supporting daily operations to meet sales goals. What You'll Do Provide an engaging shopping experience, showcasing product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in to support sales floor operations and leadership support when needed. Open and close the store as required. Process sales transactions and promote add-on sales through various benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand store sales goals, KPIs such as UPT and ADT, and assist with merchandising and planogram updates. Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ. Ensure store security and prevent theft in collaboration with store management. Maintain organized stock rooms and store cleanliness. Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team. Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
