As a Part-Time Assistant Manager - Entry Level, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll assist the leadership team in daily operations, helping fans access their favorite merchandise while utilizing your knowledge of music and pop culture to train new team members. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide an outstanding shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product expertise and exceptional customer service skills. Step in to lead the team on the sales floor when needed, ensuring a smooth operation in the absence of the Manager. Take charge by opening and closing the store as required, demonstrating your responsibility and trustworthiness. Process sales transactions at the register while leveraging your fandom knowledge to maximize add-on sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and work towards the store's sales targets, focusing on key performance indicators, including UPT and ADT. Assist with planogram adjustments and merchandising to enhance store layout and product placement. Provide insights on music and fashion trends to management and HQ partners. Love the adventure? Help prevent theft by maintaining awareness and supporting loss prevention strategies. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for customers. WHAT YOU'LL NEED At least 1 year of retail experience. If you have a passion for music and pop culture, you’ll thrive in this role! Strong communication and time management skills paired with professionalism and a commitment to team development. A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
