Key Responsibilities Deliver an engaging shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty through in-depth product knowledge and stellar customer service. Assist leadership on the sales floor and ensure seamless store operations. Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, managing keys with care. Handle register operations, process transactions efficiently, and promote add-on sales through various store services. Understand sales objectives and KPIs, and actively contribute to meeting store goals. Support merchandising efforts and maintain planogram updates. Keep management informed about current fashion and music trends. Work collaboratively with management to ensure store security and loss prevention. Maintain organized stock areas and uphold cleanliness in the store. Foster a collaborative and passionate team atmosphere. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year in retail, ideally within a music or pop culture-focused environment. Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills. High school diploma or GED required. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
