Mopar is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Retail Manager to lead and optimize the retail channel across our dealer network. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience on the service drive, driving retail parts sales, and maintaining optimal parts availability. The Retail Manager will collaborate closely with Area Managers and the Express Lane team to coordinate dealer visits, streamline processes, and implement best practices that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Channel Management: Oversee the retail sales process at Mopar dealerships, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience on the drive.
Sales Optimization: Identify opportunities to increase retail parts sales through process improvements, training, and promotional strategies.
Parts Availability: Work with dealers to ensure required parts are stocked and available to meet customer demand and service lane efficiency.
Dealer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to dealerships to assess performance, provide coaching, and implement retail strategies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Area Managers and the Express Lane team to align on goals, coordinate initiatives, and share insights.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retail sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels. Provide actionable feedback and reporting.
Training & Support: Deliver training and support to dealership personnel on retail processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
Increase Dealer Traffic: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase customer traffic to our stores.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in retail operations, automotive dealership management, or parts sales.
Strong understanding of dealership operations and customer service processes.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to travel regularly to dealership locations.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Mopar products and services.
Familiarity with Express Lane operations.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail analytics.
