Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Transportation Support Person (2 - 2.5 hours/day) to assist with student transportation needs. This role ensures that our students depart school safely and on time while fostering a positive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with student dismissal, ensuring a smooth and safe process. Provide support to transportation staff and bus drivers, including communication and coordination with families. Monitor and supervise students during transportation transitions to ensure safety. Address transportation issues or behavior concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with school administration to implement transportation procedures and resolve challenges. Qualifications: Associates Degree Previous experience working with children, families, or in a transportation setting is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism. Commitment to student safety and well-being. Availability during key transportation times (mornings and afternoons).
