**Key Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. - Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. - Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables. - Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns. - Process payments in a timely and accurate manner. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. - Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to create a seamless dining experience. - Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experiences. - Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
**Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a serving or customer service role preferred, but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service. - Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus. - Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
