Engage actively with customers, demonstrating outstanding selling behaviors. Greet every customer with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude. Recognize customer cues and respond with appropriate assistance. Educate customers about loyalty programs, current promotions, and the merchandise assortment. Treat all customers and co-workers with respect while promoting a common goal. Work towards achieving or exceeding company goals and initiatives. Assist in efficiently receiving all merchandise in a timely manner. Maintain an organized and efficient sales floor and stockroom. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Energetic and results-oriented with a competitive spirit. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Ability to understand company directives and manuals. Flexibility to meet the store's business needs. Capability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable climbing ladders for stock retrieval and placement. Physically active and able to stand and move around for extended periods. Proficient in customer interactions in person and electronically. Able to lift and transport merchandise weighing 50 pounds or more. Operational proficiency with Point of Sale systems and devices.
