Identifying customers' unique needs and recommending suitable ACE products and services. Communicating effectively with customers, understanding their challenges, and building trust. Delivering outstanding customer service to cultivate lasting relationships. Handling a variety of services, which may vary by store, such as cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols. We seek Sales Associates with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work independently while taking full responsibility for store performance. Establishing trust with customers is crucial, so you will need to listen actively, communicate clearly, and show empathy toward their challenges, all while providing exceptional service. Sales Associates must have a solid understanding of the diverse financial products and services offered by ACE. Ideally, candidates should have two or more years of retail experience. Proficiency in Spanish is valued in many of our markets, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Travel Requirements Travel is primarily local, but may include visits to more than one store in a day when necessary.
