To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and abilities: Prior experience in retail resets or merchandising (preferred) Capability to effectively execute department or brand reset activities as scheduled Strong communication skills for interacting with store personnel/management regarding tasks and sales objectives Reliable transportation for commuting between various locations; must cover distances generally ranging from 25-40 miles (mileage reimbursement is provided) Proficiency in English; bilingual skills may be necessary depending on the business requirements Availability & Work Hours This role is designed to be part-time, not exceeding 24 hours per week, with hours adjusted based on client needs Typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early morning (5 AM - 6 AM), overnight, weekend, or evening projects Preferred availability includes working 2 to 3 days per week, for 4-6 hour shifts starting at 5 or 8 AM. Technical Skills Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and Internet browsing Regular access to a computer or printer for checking emails, completing training, and printing reports Ability to navigate and utilize smartphone or tablet technology for photo uploads and app usage Consistent access to the Internet is required Physical Requirements Physically demanding role, involving standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and listening Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds Involves physical tasks related to resets, including shelf organization, fixture building, product replacement, and stock retrieval Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required Background checks and drug screenings may be required as designated by the client.
