Job Description Join our team in a vibrant showroom environment, collaborating with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. Your role will involve: Providing tailored recommendations to meet customers' space, style, and budgetary needs. Building lasting relationships by consistently exceeding customer expectations. Understanding product installation and usage to effectively educate customers. Tracking and meeting established individual sales goals. Keeping customers updated on their orders and product availability. Presenting yourself professionally at all times. Performing other duties as assigned. This Part Time Retail Associate role offers competitive pay ranging from $15 to $18 per hour based on qualifications, with the exciting opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while working 20-25 hours per week.
