Program Summary: The Program Director position for this non profit offers care coordination and short-term intensive clinical case management for clients with serious mental health issues, aiming to reduce hospital readmissions and provide short-term housing resources.

Salary and Hours: Hourly salary ranges from $48-52 for part-time work (24-29 hours per week).
Position Purpose: The Program Director oversees the program, providing administrative and clinical leadership, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring compliance with county guidelines.
Reporting Relationship: Reports to the General Manager of Programs and Clinics.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and manage daily operations.
Develop and monitor the program budget.
Supervise documentation and quality improvement.
Hire, train, and manage staff.
Input data into the HMIS system.
Provide direct clinical services to clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Expertise in bio-psychosocial assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and community integration.
Knowledge of community resources and client care coordination.
Skills in program administration, budgeting, and office management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Strong communication skills.
Education and Work Experience: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field, and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health professional. Four years of experience in mental health settings, including two years in a managerial role.
Licenses, Certifications, and Special Requirements: Licensed by the State of California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist. Valid Class B California Drivers License with passenger endorsement, clear TB test, and CPR certification.
