What We're Looking For
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We especially value:
Providers willing to conduct 15-21 sessions per week
Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and children, with comprehensive support provided
Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while enjoying teamwork
Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities
Strong character is essential - we treasure integrity, transparency, and a commitment to quality care
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Maryland
Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are delivered
Compensation:
Up to $53,200, determined by licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
