Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to deliver a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions.

What We're Looking For We are hiring independently licensed clinicians who are eager to make a difference and grow with us. We particularly welcome: Providers who are willing to see 15-21 clients per week
Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children (support provided)
Clinicians who value autonomy but also enjoy being part of a team
Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Strong character – integrity, openness, and a dedication to quality care are essential
Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist certification
Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided
Compensation: Up to $53,200, dependent on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
What We Provide We handle the logistics so you can focus on client care. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive: Guaranteed bi-weekly pay (no waiting on reimbursements)
Paid orientation and annual pay increases

No-show protection and assistance with caseload building within 90 days of credentialing
