What We Are Seeking We are in search of independently licensed clinicians in Maryland who aspire to make a significant difference and grow alongside us. Ideal candidates will possess the following: Willingness to conduct 15-21 sessions per week Ability to work with a diverse range of clients, including couples and children (support will be provided) A desire for autonomy while enjoying collaboration within a team environment Interest in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory roles A strong sense of character, with values of integrity, openness, and quality care Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist status in Maryland Applicants must reside and hold licensure in the state where services will be provided Compensation: Up to $53,200, determined by licensure type/level, number of sessions, and available bonus opportunities.
