Who We Are Looking For We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives. We especially invite applicants who: Are willing to conduct 15-21 sessions per week.
Are behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our support.
Value both autonomy and teamwork.
Are interested in leadership or supervisory roles.
Possess strong character traits, including integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.
Qualifications: Must have an active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist license in Massachusetts.
Must reside in Massachusetts and maintain a license in the state where services are provided.
Compensation: Up to $66,500, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. As a W2 employee, you will receive: Bi-weekly guaranteed pay (no waiting for reimbursements).
Paid orientation and annual pay increases.
