What We Offer: Competitive pay rate between $15.00-$18.00 based on experience and education Flexible hours to fit your schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:15 am to 9:30 am and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm A referral bonus of $300 when you refer a friend! Your Role Will Include: Daily Team Meetings: Collaborate with your team to review goals, share ideas, and foster accountability. Organizing Activities: Prepare and lead fun, educational activities that align with our program’s objectives. Modeling Positive Behavior: Create a safe and engaging environment, ensuring children enjoy their experience while learning. Monitoring Safety: Keep a watchful eye on all activities and adhere to safety protocols by documenting attendance and any incidents. Effective Communication: Connect with children, parents, staff, and school personnel to build positive relationships.
