This is a Part-Time position and does require a flexible schedule. The hours are 12AM-8AM Saturday, Sunday and Monday with potential additional shifts to pick up. Our Dispatcher's earn $17.00 hourly.

Job Duties:

Ensure a positive customer experience Respond promptly to customer service issues as they arise, via email and in person. Experience with NetPark or any other parking software including but not limited to: daily ticket maintenance and reservation management. (preferred) Complete daily business reconciliation to insure accuracy of bank deposits. Complete other job duties as assigned. Handling cash as well as balancing the cash drawer at end of day.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
