Job Opening: School BCBA Location : Rodeo, CA Start Date : 09/2025 End Date: 06/2026 Position Type : Full-Time Position Overview : Soliant is working with a school district near Rodeo, CAand is seeking a Part Time BCBAto provide behavioral healthservices and support for students. Specific caseload details will be provided during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities : Lead eligibility meetings, providing all necessary documentation and data to inform decision-making Initials, re-evals, report writing and IEP meetings Will be supervising RBT's Will be working with students (K - 12) More caseload details provided on interview Qualifications : Current BCBA certification is required Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students within an educational setting Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data-driven decision making Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Compensation & Benefits : Competitive weekly pay (Hourly pay will range from $50.00 - $60.00 based on experience) Full-time employees are eligible for: -Health, dental, and vision insurance options -401(k) with company matching
