Hours: Part-Time | MondaySaturday, 5:00 PM 9:00 PM CST
Industry: Residential HVAC
Compensation: $16.00-$20.00/HR DOE

What Youll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails/chat inquiries during after-hours
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments, service updates, and general questions
• Provide empathetic and timely solutions to homeowners experiencing HVAC issues
• Document interactions and update customer records in our CRM system
• Communicate efficiently with on-call technicians as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Availability to work Weekdays and Saturdays from 5PM9PM MST
• Quiet, professional remote work setup

Bonus Points:

• Experience using ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar scheduling software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
