Paneling  Production Worker Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Paneling  Production Worker  for a company based in Culpeper, VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to primarily be responsible for the building and assembly of panels in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Pay Rate $16.00 per hour starting, negotiable, DOE Schedule and Hours Monday through Thursday, 600 am to 430 pm. Fridays are mandatory overtime days as needed Paneling Production Worker  Duties and Responsibilities • Assembles various pieces to produce truss •Stack and sort trusses maintaining order • Bands and marks panels to maintain organization • Visually inspect panels and trusses for quality • Lift and stack assembled trusses or panels with equipment Paneling Production Worker  Qualifications  and  Requirements • Must be able to read a measuring tape • Familiarity with hand and power tools preferred • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment inside production plant • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Job Type Full time, temporary perm Benefits • Weekly Pay • 401(k) retirement plan • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, short term disability and life insurance • 5 paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus) • 6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar year
