Job Summary: Identifying opportunities within the Eastern Wholesale Fence delivery area with locations that sell fencing products for a specific market. Visiting their locations and communicating our program. Meeting and exceeding the annual goals. Most important Develop and cultivate a strong working relationship with new and existing store associates to better help them understand our product offerings and our outstanding customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
- Grow the Eastern Wholesale Fence market share in Vinyl, Ornamental Aluminum/ Wood / Chain-link products.
- Assisting in establishing an annual goal and setting budgets/targets.
- Managing sales and customers, which includes developing market share and driving sales within the specific market.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products.
- Contribute to the team to grow sales.
- Training and doing presentations on and off site, being available for customer tours.
- Keep current with all company administrative requirements (expense reports, visit reports, competitive analysis, and pre-call analysis).
- Dealing with customer issues by defusing and resolving them.
- Meeting the sales budget while increasing market share in the fencing and railing industry.
- Find, open, and develop new accounts in the market while exploring new ways to expand the sales of the Eastern Wholesale Fence offering. Interacting with customers daily.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Building Products and Business knowledge
- Minimum 75% travel with some overnights
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Word)
- Own vehicle for work, reimbursement for mileage
Physical Requirements:
- Driving
- Lifting some product samples and brochure boxes when needed
