Maintain compliance with state and local regulations as well as standards of practice. Applying psychological principles, methodology, and techniques to plan treatment and modify behavior and participate in a multi-disciplinary team meetings while providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy from Intake through discharge; identifying community linkages. Participate in staff development, in-service training sessions, supervision, and Performance Quality Improvement initiatives. Perks of this role: Competitive pay. Compensation Structure for Full-Time Therapists:   During the first 90 days of employment, full-time therapists will receive an hourly rate of $20, for up to 40 hours per week, while actively building their caseload. After the initial 90-day period, compensation will transition to a billable/non-billable model: Billable hours will be compensated at a rate of $28–$32 per hour, based on experience and performance. Non-billable time will be compensated at a rate of $15 per hour. Please note, anytime during the first 90 days, one can choose to move to the billable/non-billable model.

**If one has valid licensure in PA, as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW, billable rate would be more than advertised. Does the following apply to you? Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline. Must have a verified clinical practicum

Or licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania Valid PA driver’s license and a good driving record Willing and able to travel to the office and schools.
