Clinical Supervisor - Ellie Mental Health
Required Skills/Abilities
Doctoral Degree or higher in mental health discipline
Independently licensed with an Ohio-issued clinical practice license.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment.
Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Oversee peer consultation groups to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices
Provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals, including signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers.
Participate in CD Peer Consult Group.
Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation.
Prepare and sub it individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve client care, quality, and effectiveness and implement changes in collaboration with clinic owner.
Maintain own client case load of 15-20 clients/ week.
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
The Clinical Supervisor works collaboratively with the Clinic Director and Franchise Owner.
