Description Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (14700 Helm Ct, Plymouth, MI 48170) Salary range: $18-$20/hour plus $.50/hr weekday shift differential and $1.00/hr weekend shift differential Schedule: 1st shift:  10am-4pm. Weekend availability required. We are growing and that means more opportunities Key Responsibilities: As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs. Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for: Efficient order entry and follow-up Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Must work with urgency and timeliness Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy required Skills & Abilities: Order entry experience Strong computer skills Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required Remedi SeniorCare (a division of Clarest Health) understands the universal needs of healthcare institutions with a personal touch that only an independent pharmacy can offer.
