Must Haves Minimum 7 years of applicable experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of technical experience. Strong Retail experience in the area of Merchandising. High level of knowledge and expertise in Retail business processes. Experience with leading industry packages in Merchandising (ideally Oracle Retail but will look at JDA) Highly experienced in laying out Process flows, Work-flow diagrams, Use-Cases (UML) and BPM. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Visio, Share point, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Outlook). Familiar with different software development methodologies. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work cooperatively with business partners and project teams to get issues resolved quickly. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, listen effectively to others, and encourage others to express their ideas. Nice to Haves PIM (Product Information Management) experience. Experience with other types of Retail Applications, like Order Management, Planning, and Supply Chain.
