How you̢۪ll contribute
An Oncology Case Manager (RN) who excels in this role will: · Work with internal and external resources to plan, set up and coordinate oncology patient treatment plans. · Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services for oncology patients · Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to oncology patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies, and procedures · Design, evaluate, and recommend program and policy development · Develop and maintain relationships with community referral resources as needed Why join us

Applicants should have a state of Michigan RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred). Five (5) years of nursing experience is required. Five (5) years of oncology experience is preferred.
