Office Assistant Iris Comm Lab We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support. In this fast-paced environment, you will interact with a diverse range of clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Job: On site Location: Birmingham, AL Pay Range: $850- $1150 per week. Department: Iris Comm Lab Employment Type: Full Time Location: Birmingham, AL Workplace type: Onsite Compensation: $850 - $1,150 / week Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy. Document all customer interactions and transactions in the database. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. Assist customers with billing inquiries and account issues as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
