Job Description

Conduct patient evaluations to develop tailored occupational therapy plans

Implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for long-term improvement

Accurately document patient progress and adjust plans as needed

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care

Education & Certification Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active Montana Occupational Therapy license

Current BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of OT experience preferred

SNF or rehab facility experience is a plus
