Assess home environments and recommend adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and home safety modifications. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and facility staff to coordinate patient care. What we require of you: Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Must have an MN Occupational Therapy license. Must have vehicle, valid driver's license with auto insurance. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.
