About The Role: As the Supervisor Of Health Services, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and supporting our dedicated nursing team. This position offers both variety and rewarding challenges as you lead clinical care efforts and ensure the well-being of those we serve. Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of RNs and/or LPNs, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring regulatory compliance Monitor and manage the overall health and medical needs of individuals served Oversee medication administration, physicals, treatments, and medical appointment coordination Conduct evaluations of nursing care, observe clinical practices, and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Organize and facilitate staff orientation and in-service trainings Qualifications: For RN: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license and at least 3 years of related experience For LPN/LVN: Associate's degree with current LPN or LVN license and at least 4 years of related experience Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines A compassionate and dependable approach with a commitment to quality care Why Join Us?
