This role involves performing focused medical disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The position requires conducting in-person physical exams, reviewing electronic medical records, and documenting findings for the Department of Veterans Affairs. It is a full-time, non-treatment role focused on supporting the Veteran community through accurate and compassionate evaluations.

We are seeking a dedicatedNurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)to join our team in performing medical assessments forU.S. Veteransas part of the VA's disability benefits process. This role involves conductingfocused, in-person physical examsand reviewing medical records electronically to complete the required documentation for the VA.

· Conduct in-persondisability assessmentsfor U.S. Veterans.

· Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.

· Accurately document exam findings and complete the required VA forms.

· Providemedical opinionsbased on your assessment findings.

Note:This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication.Disability determinations are made by theU.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA),not by the provider.

·Schedule:Full-Time, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

·Location:In-person role.

·Caseload:3-5 Veterans per day.

·Equipment Provided:Computer and all necessary tools for documentation.

· Acompassionateprovider dedicated to supporting the Veteran community.

· Strong analytical skills toreview medical records and assessment data.

·Excellent time managementand ability to meet deadlines.

· Proficient inelectronic documentation and web-based portals.

· A professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with Veterans.

·Active, unrestrictedNurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.

·Comfortable using technologyto review records and complete documentation.

·Competitive salary: $120,000-$130,000(based on experience).
