The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager, guided by the Surgery Manager, provides inpatient and outpatient surgical specialties in state-of-the-art operating rooms with minimally invasive capabilities. The team handles a high volume of cases with professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to patient safety.
The Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services ensures a supportive environment for nursing practice, overseeing staff development, competency, quality metrics, budgeting, and operational goals. This leader may act as Charge Nurse, provide direct patient care, or lead performance improvement projects as needed.
