Competitive Salary Based on Licensure (9.5-month school schedule):
- tLMHC or LMSW: $41,800 – $53,800
- LISW or LMHC: $43,900 – $55,900
PLUS: Incentive pay opportunities + 8% agency contribution to your 403(b)!

Supervision for Licensure – We support your professional growth!
What You’ll Do:
As a School-Based Therapist, you’ll work directly in K–12 schools, offering therapy and support to students referred by educators, healthcare providers, families, and community agencies.
Provide evidence-based therapy to a consistent caseload
Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans
Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals
Keep accurate clinical records and documentation
Participate in regular clinical supervision and team support
What You’ll Need:
Therapist I (Initial Licensure State of Iowa)
Master’s in mental health-related field (social work, counseling, psychology, etc.)
Current IA or IL license: tLMHC, LMSW, LPC, or LSW
Therapist II (Independent Licensure State of Iowa)
Same education as above
Current IA or IL license: LISW, LMHC, LCPC, or LCSW
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license & acceptable auto insurance
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, EHR software)
Ability to work directly with children experiencing behavioral or emotional distress
